Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort @ Beachfront Kampong Ayer Tawar , Kampong Ayer Tawar (Kelantan)

My experience at the Tok Aman Bali Beach Resort was incredibly disappointing. Despite being marketed as a 4-star hotel, the service was lackluster, the facilities were subpar, and the dining experience left much to be desired. While the location is decent, it couldn't compensate for the myriad of issues we encountered during our stay.

My stay was a total disaster at this so-called resort. The hotel facilities were in poor condition, a dirty pool, and a disappointing restaurant experience made our stay quite upsetting. On the positive side, the location was peaceful, though far from anything else, and the staff were somewhat friendly. However, the overall experience was so bad that I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the lake, there were several cleanliness issues that really impacted my stay. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and I was disappointed with the limited amenities in the bathroom. However, the staff was very friendly, and the location near the beach was great for relaxing.

The resort is located near a peaceful beach and offers plenty of parking. While I enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the shower was disappointing, and the pool area definitely needs attention. On the brighter side, the dining experience was fantastic with delicious food. While it’s a good place for a quiet getaway, improvements are necessary to enhance the overall experience.
